Privacy policy
We process subscription email addresses only to operate this newsletter.
Your email and the language of the sign-up page are stored in Brevo for confirmation, language-specific newsletters and unsubscribe management. The page language does not indicate nationality or native language. Newsletter registration does not collect case details, account numbers or evidence.
We use Cloudflare for hosting and anti-abuse verification, and Brevo for double opt-in and newsletter delivery. Some processing may occur outside your country.
Unsubscribe from any newsletter email. Contact the operator below with questions. We do not sell subscriber information as attorney referrals.
Unsubscribing does not delete your address. We retain your email address and unsubscribe history in Brevo to prevent accidental mail or resending after an import. We do not send the newsletter after you unsubscribe. Contact us below about your personal data or a deletion request.
Anonymous survey
The survey collects self-reported impact, interest in legal action, loss bands, an optional exact loss in JPY, compensation status and answer date. Answers are not linked to newsletter emails. Account numbers, IP addresses and evidence are not saved in the survey database. Responses are deleted within 12 months. Small cohorts are withheld.
Affected status, reported losses and interest in litigation are unverified self-reports, not confirmed claimant counts or binding litigation applications. We do not publish or sell individual replies or amounts, or refer individuals to attorneys.
Survey results are not public. We may offer high-level aggregated statistics in paid research reports, but never individual answers, email addresses or claimant lists. Small groups are withheld.

Google Analytics 4 runs only after you consent. You can decline or withdraw consent. AdSense advertising is not currently running.
